Allow notifications from the Audio Capture Tool


The Audio Capture Tool can alert you when SalesNote starts transcribing. However, your PC's Windows settings may be in Don't Disturb mode. Then no notifications will be displayed. However, there is a way to display them anyway.


This is an example of a notification.

Go to Notifications

Find the entry."SalesNote Audio Capture Tool"

Enable notifications

If you cannot change this, contact your IT administrator.
